Why haven't I received any emails?
1. Verify that your email address on record (you can check this
in My Account on the home page) is correct and that your are checking the right
email account for the email.
2. If the email address on record is correct, check to make sure
the email didn't go into your Spam/Junk/Trash folder.
3. If you find that the email is going to your Spam/Junk/Trash
folder, most email clients have an option for you to mark that email as
non-spam/junk/trash. Once you do that, all future emails from that email
address will go to your Inbox. See your email client's help section for more
information on how to do this.
4. If you are still not receiving email, it's possible that
the email is being bounced back to us because your email client thinks it is
spam. To make sure this doesn't happen, you can whitelist the email address
that will be sending you emails. To whitelist an email address means you add it
to a list of contacts from whom you deem it acceptable to receive email and
they should not be sent to the Spam/Junk/Trash folder. Please see your email
client's help section for more information on how to do this.
